We offer free notary services to members in good standing by appointment only. Walk-ins will be accepted on a case-by-case basis as notaries are available. Our notaries can notarize most types of documents, except mortgage documents (does not apply to NE PA Credit Union Mortgage Modifications).

Keep going with a prepaid debit card. Use instead of cash or checks for most purchases, wherever the Visa logo is displayed.

You must be an NE PA Credit Union member with a share/savings account and be at least 18 years of age to purchase a Prepaid Visa Debit Card.

A Prepaid Visa Debit Card accesses the funds from your card balance and is not connected to share/savings or share draft/checking accounts. Activation takes at least 24 hours.

Visit the credit union and speak with a teller to order your Prepaid Visa Debit Card. You’ll receive the card within 7-10 business days, embossed with your name.

• Prepaid Visa Debit Card Fee: Cost is $4.00 at time of purchase.
• Funding Fee: Each time funds are added to the card, $.50 will be deducted from your balance.
• Other Fees: (ATM Fee, Maintenance Fee, Funding Fee, Denied Transaction Fee, Inactivity Fee, Closed, Lost or Stolen Card Replacement Fee, Cash Out Fee, Card Reissue Fee, VRU Usage Fee, Negative Balance Fee)

Limits:

• Minimum load amount: $10.00 ($5,000 when reloading at the Credit Union)
